The Town of Starksboro is hiring a seasonal part-time Road Crew member (up to 20 hours) to help maintain and improve town roads and facilities.
Starting pay: $27/hour, with potential for a higher rate based on experience and qualifications.
What You’ll Do:
Perform snow and ice removal
Operate trucks, heavy equipment, and tools
Maintain vehicles and equipment
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical labor
Ability to operate or learn highway equipment
Class B CDL Required
Team-oriented with good judgment and safety awareness
Must live within a reasonable distance of Starksboro or be willing to relocate.
